"Very easy to make and tasted lovely! I added one teaspoon of baking powder and it worked ok. They cooked better on a metal baking tray lined with greasproof paper than on a clay baking tray - very difficult to get off the clay tray and then I had to put the cookies from the clay tray onto the lined metal tray to finish off in the oven. By family comand I will be baking these cookies again and again and again.......!!"
