"Made this for Christmas day and doubled the quantities. The first time I've made meringue & it was pretty easy. Mine did crack alot though, not sure why but just turned it over and dressed the flat side. I used lemon curd in my cream and added a raspberry coulis drizzled accross which was great. Everyone loved it!"

"Doubled up this recipe for a sunday lunch party of 14. There was more than ample. Highly emphasise that less is more in this instance....don't make your portions too large!!!!"
