"These were nice but they came out a little "cakey" as they rose quite high! Maybe I didn't make the balls small enough but there were 19 so it should have been fine. "

"This was really horrible! I'm not sure if I used poor quality pork meat but it didn't seem so as I spent enough on the ingredients! It was given to the dogs in the end :o( "

"I added creme fraiche instead of half the soft cheese and chucked a load of white wine in there too. For a rare fish cooker I was in complete awe that it turned out so nicely. Definitely a winner for a dinner party :o)"
