"doubled the recipe, used veggie stock instead of beef, red wine instead of sherry, flora instead of butter, squeeze of squeezy marmite and a splash of soy sauce, nom nom very tasty!! :)"

"really really tasty!! used 25g of dried exotic mushrooms instead of porcini and it was plenty (the dried mushrooms tend to be with the herbs and spices for those who couldnt find them in supermarkets) forgot the butter at the end, and sprinkled on cheddar, yum! "
