"Judging by the picture, I thought this was going to be fiddly but it turned out wonderfully. It was refreshingly light, and the combination of the tangy lemon curd, passion fruit and sweet strawberries was yummy."

"I thought this was great comfort food and not complicated: you just chuck everything into a dish and put it in the oven! I didn't use chicken but lamb which was delish. I added a bit more curry paste, rose water & yoghurt to give it a bit more of a kick."
