"I cooked this meal as a main course for a dinner party. On second thoughts, it may have served better as a starter. The combination of the flavours worked well, however the timings may need to be adjusted. The pastry, despite having been cooked for the suggested time, remained slightly undercooked. This may not have been helped by the leaky mushrooms, although I suppose this is inevitable. The melted goat's cheese complimented the additional balsamic glaze. Overall, a satisfactory dish. "
