"Went down extremely well with family and friends, and myself of course.They continued raving about how tasty they were for days. Delicious recipe.I wasn't sure about the wensleydale at first but it really does give it a lovely subtle tasty tang. I made sure they were well seasoned and I tried the recipe to the letter.See no reason to change it. Definate family favourite now. "

"Best mulled wine i've tasted and I'm hard to please in this depatment because I have tried some really awful ones in the past.Went down when also with my friend.It has a lovely warm mellow orangey note to it which somehow makes it taste light and extremely drinkable.We tried it warmed through and will definately be using this recipe again in the not too distant future.Would highly recommend it to any one. Did the recipe exactly to the letter and I see no reason to amend Mary's recipe. "

"Fab mid week recipe.Although it doesn't say, I gave this recipe only a quick dash of soy.Instead of using steaks I used diced pork pieces.I also used pineapples pieces rather than whole rings.It all worked just as well. We had basmati rice and fresh steamed shredded spring greens.Fabulous recipe.Really really impressed.Especially since it is so quick to make. "
