"I made this tonight. I would definatly cook the tart for longer at a lower temp. I was using a fan oven so had it at 160°, next time I would turn it to 150° because after about 30mins the top of the tart started to burn slightly. I also added 1 teaspoon of almond essence. Everyone seemd to enjoy it even though it was quite moist inside. I would definatly make again - it does look impressive when you cut into it - would be great with a big dollop of clotted cream."

"LOVED this recipe, made it for work and it was the first to finish. I would definatly add more lemon zest in the cake. I cooked mine for 50mins at 160 in a fan oven & the top was slightly burnt but the middle was a little undercooked. Next time i think i'll cook on 140-145 for 45 mins. Lovely recipe though, nice a moist and perfect texture!"

"I was looking forward to this recipe but was pretty dissapointed with the results. I cooked mine for 15 mins on 180 in a fan assisted oven. I was sure not to overmix as i had read the previous comments but they still turned out rubbery and they didnt rise. They did taste nice but maybe that was just the cinnimon icing i covered them in :)"
