"They are very easy to make but as we are not keen on white chocolate I put a mixture of milk and white for the base and put dark chocolate on the top and I also process the maltesers down a bit."

"This cake is delicious and when apricots are plentiful I make a few and put them in the freezer. I also used half coconut and half almonds. Any body who has had a slice of it come back for more."

"I make this sweet frequently as it keeps in the freezer very well. Sometimes I mash some raspberries with icing sugar and put on the top."
