"The best bread recipe I have tried, beats Jamie Olivers hands down. I make mine by hand with warm water and bake in a 2lb loaf tin. Halved the salt 2nd time round. Used Lidls bread flour and yeast so works out around 35p a loaf and tastes better than £1.50 shop bought loaves. Highly recommended. Looking forward to making rolls out of the recipe."

"Excellent simple recipe. Have used it a couple of times now and the good thing about it is that you can tweak it to the taste you like. I add a chilli and corriander to it. Also good for using left over chicken, pork or beef after a sunday dinner. Definatly a keeper."

"Made this a couple of times now and gets better every time I make it. My kids love it aswell. I add an extra chilli and a bit of sugar which makes a lot of difference. I also use chicken breast and poach it in the sauce and finish with chopped corriander leaf. Dont think its that high in fat for a main course. The recipe is now a favourite. "

"Nice and easy dish to make. Have made it a couple of times now. Pork fillet is best, but worked well with boneless chops. Found I had to reduce the marinade aftercooking the pork in the end to turn it sticky, and also added chopped fresh corriander at the last minute, really makes a diffrence. The marinade makes the pork extra tender , the longer you leave it. "

"Tried the chocolate version of the cake and was amazed by the way it turned out. Used a 7 1/2" round pyrex shallow dish. Only got a cheap 700w microwave, so cooked it for 4 mins.Quick to make and extremly light and fluffy. I thought I would need to cover it and expected a choc covered microwave, but turned out great uncovered. Not a recipe for a dinner party, but great for the kids or after a family dinner. Looking forward to experimenting with the recipe and trying the Lemon and orange versions. Give it a try. "
