"The decoration lists 200g refined caster sugar, but the instruction (no. 10) refers to the "remaining 100g sugar". I can find no mention of a previous 100g sugar in the recipe - ( this part uses a different sugar - quite separate from the sugar used in the Limoncello cream.) Can anyone reassure me about quantities here?"
