"My 11 year old daughter cooked this last night, it was lovely, the coating did stick to the pan but we just put it back on at the end, we had no fish sauce so used a little sherry instead for the apples."

"When I make this I cook the meatballs in the oven and add to the sauce just before serving, this stops them falling apart. Also add garlic, onion and herbs with a bit of sugar, tomato ketchup and balsamic vinegar to plain passata to liven it up a bit. "

"This was delicious and a firm favourite! Added chilli powder to the cornflour, and a little Tomato Ketchup to the soy sauce, served with noodles. All the family asked for this again soon."

Warm chickpea, chorizo & pepper salad

"Very nice, we all loved it. Although you don't need to fry chorizo in oil as it releases a lot on its own, and then you get extra oil from the peppers!"

"These were a real favourite! I used low fat creme fraishe (as I had it in the fridge, and added a little fried onion and garlic and used tarragon instead of parsley! Apart from that I followed the recipe!"
