"Have made lost of meringue before but this was my first pavlova and I was very impressed. It was really easy. Just used strawberries and served the syrup on the side. Will definitely be making again!"

"Very easy and tasty. Used Wild Oregano instead of Tarragon with plenty of salt and black pepper. Also used cooking cream instead of Double cream. Will definitely be making again"

"Made this recently as I've discovered I have a yeast and dairy allergy. I used rice milk with lemon juice to get the buttermilk consistency. I would definitely reduce the amount of liquid as my dough was quite sloppy and made a flatter than normal bread. Still tasted great though. Tasted fab with your Carrot and Coriander soup."

"I made this for my father in law's birthday and it went down a treat with both young and old. I thought I left in in the oven too long as it was quite crunchy on the outside but I believe this is the way that it's supposed be. It was also really simple to make. Definitely one to keep."
