"I don't think I will ever make risotto any other way now, this was delicious ! I added mushrooms instead of peas and it was lovely. Be careful adding salt though as the bacon makes it quite salty anyway. Will try it with peas later in the week...........am a bit of a risotto addict!!"

"Really tasty and simply made from store cupboard ingredients. I squeezed fresh lemon juice on at the end and sprinkled with flat leaf parsley. Very yummy!!!"
