"Best Lemon drizzle cake ever! I would recommend this to anyone who loves lemon or citrus flavours. I have made it about four times and has been a huge success with everyone each time. Am definitely going to make again and again. Cooking it for 1 hour 15 is far to long so I cooked it for an hour. Perfect!"

"Delicious! very easy to make and was the best cheesecake I have ever tasted! Will definitely make again. Served with melted chocolate as suggested and also a chilled raspberry coulis! Very nice!"

"I think this is a gorgeous recipe. It is not a paella but is just as good. It is quick and incredibly easy. I added more chorizo and prawns which makes it even tastier! It went down really well with my family."
