"Yum! Yum! Yum! The best sticky glazed chicken ever (according to my husband). I cooked mine for 20 mins, then basted, then basted every 10mins after that - for a total cooking time of 50mins. Loved by my 6 year old - forget the rice and cucumber - this is perfect finger food - sure to become a favourite for parties!"

"These are amazing. Ginger is subtle, veg crunchy - to be honest you could leave out the prawns - the veg and noodles are the star. I used ready to use noodles - and was not sure what the cooked weight of 60g of dried noodles would be - so used about 150g - and it seemed about right. I made 16 smaller 'more traditional' sized rolls. Will definitely make again."

"I do a whole roast chicken and add the vegetable towards the end of the chicken's cooking time. The chicken juices and the vegetables seem to 'melt' together. I include 3-4 garlic cloves and some thyme. Instead of using fresh tomatoes I stir in some sun blushed ones just before serving. If there are any left over roasted veg they can be turned into a great pasta salad - stir pesto through cooked pasta and add the veg and some fresh basil - delicious!"
