"I made this today and it was lovely! I used white wine as thats what I had, and used a vegetable stock pot. Cooked in the oven cos I wanted to leave it while i went to the library. Had it with green beans and mustard mash, yum yum!"

"I made this as a main meal and it was absolutely delicious! I was just using random things I had in the cupboard, and it was lovely. I had some left over stock so I had this as a drink, was great. I added onions and mushrooms as suggested. "

"I enjoyed this, its the first time I've cooked duck, but have made thai green curry loads of times, and it was quite easy. It took such a long time to make though, and all it was quite expensive (I'm a student), so I'm not sure it was worth it. "
