"Fantastic. Perfect for guests. My only comment would be that I think a total cooking time of an hour would be sufficient so next time I'd add the liquour in at 45 minutes rather than cooking the duck for an hour and then adding."

"Made this for kids who came along with parents for a dinner party - the adults loved it!! It didn't really look much but tasted great. Would make again as a backup pudding."

"You've got to try this - it's an absolute star at a dinner party. My guests thought I'd gone to so much effort to produce this - I didn't let them think otherwise! Very easy, it is really delicious and I echo Essgeebee's comments about not reducing the liquour too far - it didn't go to waste as my kids loved the gooey sauce with icecream. A definite hit."

"In contrast to the previous comment - my whole family loved this recipe and kids especially enjoyed the pea puree which was a lovely compliment to the lamb. Will make this again."

"Yum! Easy to prepare, full of flavour and my dinner guests (including children) absolutely loved it. One guest even asked for the recipe! Definitely a favourite and one that will become a regular on the dinner table."
