"Sweet and delicious. Cut the apricots smaller. Made it for a celebration dinner after Christmas and enjoyed by all."

"Have only made the coleslaw so far and it tastes and looks really good - however I did put a lot more dressing on than asked for. Perhaps I have used larger carrots, but there just wasn't enough dressing to go round. Served it with some cold roast ham."

"Just made these with my children and they both enjoyed making and eating them. However, I fried a little chopped up bacon and onion and added this to the mix. I found them a little bland, so may need extra cheese and mustard. Could sprinkle some cheese on top before going into oven. Easy and portable though."

"Very moist chicken, home-made pesto gave it extra taste. Didn't have enough tomatoes so used courgette as well. Really good and cd serve to guests with pleasure."

"A lovely pudding. Made it into one large dish and not seperate. The nuts were a little large and could have been crushed a little and it needed a little creme fraiche or similar. Also, not as sweet as some crumbles which was good - next time might add a few strawberries to the mix."
