- My last supper would be... freshly cooked home-made bread, a lamb dish (can't decide on what dish), followed by a lemon tart and a glass of port to finish.
- My favourite utensil is... don't really have one but my must have store cupboard is a box egg
- The best meal I've eaten was... some delicious tuna I had in vietnam, the meal only cost about £1

"I made this on Easter Sunday. It was delicious. The potatoes make a fantastic alternative to roast or mash. I served with balsamic roasted carrots which was the perfect accompaniment. Even a family member who doesn't really like roast dinners loved it! "

"I made this for Easter but only made 3 tiers, leaving out the chocolate sponge as I thought 4 layers was a bit excessive. I also adjusted the amount of icing I made, only using half the cream, to try to cut down on the 67g of fat per serving, (that's your whole fat allowance for the whole day!) and it still looked impressive and tasted good. "
