"Surprisingly nice. I didn't expect much from just a couple of ingredients. I usually put onions in everything so was really surprised how good it tasted. Really easy too."

"This was very nice. I used lower fat mascarpone, soft cheese and even low fat digestives so that it was 'only' 500 calories a slice instead of 700!!!! Only criticism was it was not lemony enough so perhaps add extra lemon rind. Otherwise no complaints at all."

"Really loved this. Sliced the potatoes thinly and actually cooked them for nearer 20 minutes with the pan covered to make sure they were cooked properly - I don't like crunchy undercooked potatoes. Had it warm with a salad and cold in my lunchbox the next day when it was even yummier!"
