"I cooked this recipe without the potatoes as I served it with sticky rice. I substituted baby corn, sugar snap peas and red pepper. The result was a delicious hot and sweet curry. Great alternative to Thai Red or Green Curry. Go for it! "

"Absolutely delicious! I followed the recipe to the letter. I did turn them half way through to brown on both sides. Served as a starter with mango chutney when I had girlfriends over for a thai themed dinner party. They went down a treat! "

"Excellent dish! Very easy to cook. I would have to say next time I cook it I will be adding some garlic and a handful of tiger prawns just to give some extra depth. The chilli flakes are a great addition for anyone who likes it hot. "
