"made this for my mum; she's pretty hard to please and said it was the best meal she's had in ages! I added celery with the carrots and then fennel seeds and a few mixed herbs which gave it some extra flavour. I also topped with cooked sliced potatoes before adding home made white sauce flavoured with bay and onion. Yummy yum yum"

"I made these yesterday and they are really tasty. I thought they might spread while cooking so didn't squash they out much before they went in the oven and they have ended up quite chunky. Next time will definitely make then a bit thinner "

"I just made this soup using extra cumin and chilli and with coconut milk instead of milk- wow amazing, didn't expect it to be so tasty. I made a double amount so I can freeze it for work and I'm glad because I don't think it will be around long. Easy-peasy to cook too, well worth all the grating!"
