"sarah1901...mine also came out like a brick! It was dense and heavy though still delicious. My friends mum used to make the most delicious banana bread and I was hoping for similar results. My bananas weren't as ripe as I would have liked so this may have added to it not being so sweet...maybe should have waited for them to start turning black? That said, warm out of the oven with a smearing of butter, it was good. I'll try again with riper bananas and take my time and hope for better results."

Cauliflower cheese

"I love cauliflower cheese though I'm always put off making it from scratch due to the roux method which I've still not mastered! This is so simple....why is there a roux method at all!!! Fantastic results and with a little tweaking to your own taste (for me, english mustard and strong cheese) it's easy, peasy, lemon squeazy!"

"I've my friend to thank for introducing me to this one girls night in...she also shredded some ham in and added jalapenos to the top...a cheesy, crispy, creamy delight!"

"I've done this twice now, once was to try before doing for a bbq and I pan fried the meat without using skewers. Marinated it over night and the flavours in the lamb were just fantastic.. Tastes even better on a bbq, I have to say. I made the greek salad, which is a favourite now and the tzatsiki, which ended up a little runny but still very good."

"I made this to go alongside the lemon and dill lamb souvlaki...I love greek salads and as long as you use quality tomatoes, it will taste fantastic. Kalamata olives are also well worth the extra you pay, they taste far superior to any others I've had. I also added lemon juice ...gives an extra kick of taste."
