"What a great recipe! Made this per the recipe even though I was a bit dubious about oven cooking but it turned out really well. Tastes more expensive than it tastes given how much flavour even a relatively small amount of smoked fish has. This is definitely making it onto my regular repertoire. "

"I can cook almost anything but I have never been able to master lasagne - so I tried this recipe hoping that it would turn out well. It was very good indeed, and have now made lasagne a few times and it has turned out quite well (not as good as the mother in laws though (yet!!)). Only reservation is that because of the red wine in the meat sauce it was a bit strong tasting for my children. "

"Nice recipe, made it to last two lunches. All the protein did a great job of keeping hunger away. Also I used a bit less oil and 'skinny' feta so calorie content was a bit better than published. "
