"I made this a few weeks ago and am doing it again this weekend. It's really nice - I agree that you need an extra tablespoon of flour or sauce is a bit runny. Also nice to add a tablespoon of creme fraiche to make sauce creamy and parika to add flavour."

"This is a fantastic cheesecake and really easy to make...we couldn't stop eating it! I tried it with double the quantity of digestives as somebody suggested but found the base too thick and meant I couldn't fit all the topping on - will probably use just 10 or 12 next time. Also didn't have any fresh berries so swirled fruit coulis on top and was lovely. Really easy and really tasty - give it a go."
