"Wow! Have made these twice now and at both parties these were devoured. I cooked them at 180 degrees which seemed about right. Flavours are fabulous and the topping of yoghurt and coriander just finishes the canapes off perfectly. These will definitely be cooked time and time again."

"These were really nice and easy recipe to follow. However, the icing was far too runny, impossible to pipe and there was almost double the amount required. Next time we will reduce the icing recipe and not put as much lemon in. Will definitely make again!"

"Easy recipe, delicious cakes. We found the mixture was only enough for 8 cup cakes and then there was too much icing. We piped the icing (very successfully!). We will make these again but will add one more tsp of coffee to give it a more coffee flavour. "

"So easy and delicious. Used slightly more cider and only 3 tablespoons of creme fraiche and found it creamy enough. Served with mash and green veg, as suggested. Will be cooking this again. A winner."
