No-knead brioche buns

"the final cakes do taste like brioche but they are heavy and very cakey. did add vanilla essence to the mixture and stored the mixture in the fridge, which meant that the dough wasnt as sticky as i anticapated. I did add a choc drops inside each ball. but i probably wont make these in future. "

"I agree with the previous comments of adding more fruit and the issue with the big wodge of marzipan in the middle...i will make these again and add more fruit and roll out the marzipan to lay it flat and then roll. I soaked the fruit in brandy! Found the mixture to be wet and was worried about the mixture cooking-but neednt to have worried! my friend said it was one of the tastiest stollen she ever had! "

"delish!!! i used the magimax to slice the courgettes and used fresh pasta (just soaked in boiling water for 5mins) and no issues with sticking. everyone was impressed with how the courgettes stayed nice as they still had a bite to them. i did put extra cheese on top and baked for 20mins. both hubby and bro-in-law wanted to know when i was making it again!!!! "

"As parsnips are banned from my house, i use a mixture of celeraic, sweet potatoes, carrots and a few normal potatoes...delish!!! its a really great recipe and not spicy but gives a nice curry feel...my 3year old loves this recipe-especially with a dollop of greek yoghurt on top!!!!"
