"So tasty and really quick to make. The quality of the chorizo really makes a difference. Definitely wear an apron while making too as the chorizo-impregnated oil stains BADLY ! "

"This recipe is brilliant, quick, easy, tasty and cheap - and, as it says, a great comfort food. I made an extra large portion and took the leftovers to work for lunch the next day - my colleagues were envious! I think it works best with just the leeks and pancetta. "
