"Really love this soup - I make it with bacon or diced chorizo a splash of worcester sauce or mushroom ketchup - it's a taste as you go along soup -had some passata left over - used that. The soup never tastes the same twice running but always delicious."

"Delicious - loved the fact it could be finished in the oven and not under the grill - so much easier to use the timer and leave it, rather than have to watch it. Will try with some anchovies next time."
