"Like others no skin on my chicken. My parcels were a little doubtful but roasted fine. Served with roast pepper sauce from this site too - went well together an added another level to it."

"Not bad little sauce. I served it with Chicken Stuffed with Spinach & Feta and each dish lifted the other one. Not bad experiment all in all!"

"I use the basis of this recipe and play around with it depending on mood and what I have in the store cupboard. I have become something of a muffin legend thanks to this one. Very good but play around and experiment!"

"Taste nice but like the others mine didn't rise brilliantly. I used self raising flour and added bicarb as well as baking powder too! I prefer the breakfast muffin recipe!"

"Perfect. I have tried naan bread recipes from various sources including indian cookery books. This one is simple and tastes perfect. I have added nigella/kalongi seeds and coriander and garlic to make them even more tasty. I prefer these any day to shop bought! "
