"this must be the best brownie recipe.....easy to follow recipe with fantastic results...i made three batches of these for my family and they were devoured in minutes. My partner prefers them straight from the oven while they are still warm or you leave them to cool don and they are lovely and chewy. Aboslutely awesome...in answer to previous comments if you follow the recipe exactly then you wont go wrong...and youll be in for a treat perfect served on there own or if your feeling naughty with a scoop of vanilla ice cream "

"fantastic dish......cooked this for all my friends one night! 9 out of 10 loved it. And it was easy to make for a big group as it browns just as easy in the oven so i could make 2 of them. Nicer with lamb mince and def agree with above comments to roast the aubergines.served with fresh crusty bread and feta cheese salad...yum "
