"Firm favourite in our household - quick and easy to make too. I make for 2 but use half a 400g tin tomatoes. The other half can be wizzed and frozen for next time. Sometimes put mushrooms in and thinking of adding some crab meat for supper with friends"

"Excellent - was sceptical about the hot water but worked very well. Big hit at bonfire party. Non pudding eating husband caught scraping the dish the morning after says it all!"

"Yummy scrummy - very good indeed. Added some aubergine with the corgette and use passattan and half a fresh chilli. Could be made with chicken or salmon and would work equally well I would say."
