Crushed olive oil potatoes

"We like the potatoes well cooked. 15 minutes are not enough to cook the potatoes. I use salt, freshley ground pepper, olive oil, plenty of lemon juice and chopped fresh parsley or fresh coriander. Most of the times though i peel the potatoes and cut them roughtly. I serve them as a salad with meatballs or vine leaves or just as one of the salads."
