"Probably the best biscuits I've ever made, and I'm a regular biscuit maker - my young daughter and I usually whip up a batch on Monday afternoons together. Gorgeously light texture, slightly crispy yet soft in the middle, and not too much sugar so not as cloying as traditional cookie recipes. You wouldn't know there was coffee in there but it does add a little something subtle to the flavour. Absolutely superb! "

"Hot Cross Rocks more like! The flavour was fine, but used in the correct way could have killed a donkey......maybe my fault with to little kneading - but still would not use this recipe again."
