"I used a round 8in cake tin and used only dark chocolate.It was very easy to make but took 2 hours in my oven and needed more time i think as the texture in the middle was different to the texture around the middle.Quite large cracks did form in the oven however when it'd cooled down the cracks pretty much dissapeared.As for the icing, I let it cool for 11/2-2 hrs and it was fine(and yummy!) I think it's not suppose to set rock solid as most expected as it is rather like a mousse like u get on gateux.It was very popular with my family paticlarly my little brother who had 3 slices in the same day.I found it nice but a little too sickly for the small slice i had.It also looked quite professional which was good.I would make this again as it was a hit with my family."

"My first attempt at this and it was delicious! I used sherry instead of whisky. Nice and moist:D Next time im going to reduce the fruit and try whisky instead of sherry."
