"Dear All We did test the Lakeland mould up to 180oC, however if you want a thicker silicone mould that is almost identical in design this is a good one to try - http://www.siliconemoulds.com/snowflake-silicone-cake-mould-p-152.html as it goes up to 260oC - hope this helps Sarah "

"This is amazing! Without doubt one of the best ice creams Iâve ever tasted, rich, creamy and very sweet. The honey gives a floral rounded flavour and stops it been too too sweet (if there is such a thing!) Yes it takes time to make but tiâs so worth the calories!"

Pan-fried venison with blackberry sauce

"Quick, simple, easy & delicious. Used cranberry sauce and a splash of port to add oomph to the sauce. This has become a real regular dish in our household. If you've never tried venison urge you try this recipe you'll be converted!"
