"Delicious! Really simple and tastes just like one that you stand over the hob for. I found it took longer to cook also. I added some mushrooms before I put it in the oven and they were perfect. Loved it! I think it was generous for two people, but probably wouldn't stretch to 4 adults."

"I made these last night and took them into work today. They've gone down a treat. Tasting the mix I thought there might be too much cinnamon, but they tasted fine. An easy way to transport them is to put the topping in a tub, and put it on at your destination! "

"This was delicious. I think I could've eaten the marinade on it's own! I agree that a touch of chopped chilli could be nice. I made the yellow rice recipe on here to have cold with the chicken. Really nice picnic food. Mine didn't take an hour to cook but they were quite small thighs and drumsticks. I think there's a slight typo in the recipe - it says to place the chicken skin-side up, but the ingredients says skinless chicken. I took it to mean slit-side up. "

"I made it last weekend and it wasn't that read when I first jarred it but it's darkened over the week. My tip would be try and get the cranberries as evenly distributed as possible as in some of my jars one side is redder than the other where the berries were sparser. Kept some in my fridge and it tastes lovely! On another recipe someone suggested buying economy beetroot/pickled onions/lemon curd etc as it's cheaper than buying empty jars!"
