"Very easy, my children loved it and cleared their plates. Substituted kale with pak choi and I used ready prepared chilli from a jar and was lovely. Will make again."

"Didn't add most of the stock as my onions were quiet watery when whizzed. Mine did not look as red as the picture so not sure what I did or didn't do here! Yummy and easy to make and a great hit with the kids -think I would add mushrooms next time."
