"This was very good. I had to cook a dinner party incl 2 veggies at the last minute and this was great. I didn't know the guests and whether they liked stilton so I did two with brie and cheddar and two with feta, cream cheese and cheddar. Both were really good and went down well. Can be made a little in advance and wrapped in film. Used plenty of nutmeg, pepper and garlic in the spinach"

"Watermelon and halloumi is a classic in cyprus and the two go superb together. I served this at a dinner party with pomegranate seeds sprinkled over for the veggies and chorizo for the carnivorous. Went down really well and it was easy too! "

"This is good. I used fresh chilli as well as dried for an extra kick. The chocolate gives a nice depth to the colour and stops it looking like spag bol!"

"Nice and easy, I would make again. Be careful though when seasoning, especially if using a bottled stock. I topped up my homemade chicken stock with shop-bought stock, which with the bacon made mine way too salty"
