"A great quick, easy and tasty midweek meal. We added some leftover toasted pine nuts we had to the couscous to give it a little crunch. We'll cook again."

"Seriously good, seriously easy, seriously satisfying. I prefer it warm served with some ice cream when serving at dinner party. I served it cold once too but personally preferred it warm."

"Delicious. I am not a peanut butter fan but loved this. We forgot the greek yogurt and used fat free natural pouring yogurt instead - it worked great. One definatly for the binder."

"GREAT easy dessert which looked and tasted really complicated. Super easy and super tasty. One minor detail, the recipe says to beat until light and fluffy. I beat and beat and beat and it was still wet and just mixed. In the end decided to chance it. It was fabulous with proper cheese cake texture and therefore light and fluffy was slightly misguiding!"
