"This cheesecake is gorgeous, a firm favourite our house. I too used the discarded Oreo filling in place of some of the cream cheese, and also added 2tsps of vanilla extract to the sour cream topping before spreading it to sweeten it a little, then decorated the top with mini Oreos and a dusting of cocoa powder - beautiful! "

"I served it with basmati rice rather than naan bread and it was delicious. It was my first attempt at getting my 2 yr old to lentils and it went down a treat, even my meat-loving partner enjoyed it! "
