"I varied all the amounts as to what had in fridge, added green pepper and onion to the auberinges, and reduced the water amount to 300ml, very tasty though if i weren't making a veg option would add pork. Had no coriander so added 1/2 tbsp of green curry paste. "

"Delicious! I made my own low fat lamb mince meatballs (gf recipe also superb) and used a sainsbury's tomato and herb pasta sauce instead of the passata. Was so easy and so so tasty!"

"Never made rissoto, but sweated half an onion and some garlic before adding the rice , as suggested above an it was delicious! Everyone raved and since risotto of any kind is a firm favourite in our house...this one being the winner. I know I can have nothing in and still serve up a tasty dinner!"

"For ease of preparation and so few ingredients...fantastic. I used to make a really fantastic sherry syllabub with tons of really rich ingredients but this could definately match up, not too feavy and very tasty. I put strawberries in the bottom of my glasses and topped it with them too!"
