"I made a huge bowl of this for six hungry teenage boys who were watching a movie - it went down a treat. They even asked for more. I don't have a microwave, so I made the popcorn in a non-stick shallow pan with a lid of course!! It took a lot longer to cook, but was just as nice."

"I made this as part of a Boxing Day buffet and it was loved by everyone - even the usually fussy eaters. Much simpler to make than it sounds. I will make this again. Perhaps a summer picnic version adapted with summer flavours - a layer of spinach perhaps?"
