    Caramelised passion fruit & lime tart

    "I have made this several times and it is always impressive and very popular. I have made it as little individual tarts as well as the big one. When I have caramelised the top I have done it under the grill putting silver foil over the pastry edges so as not to blacken them, it works excelently. A great dinner party dish works every time."

    "I have now done this recipe three times and am planning on doing it again with Sevilles just arriving on the market. This is the best marmalade recipe I have done. Just have to be careful not to boil away too much of the liquid otherwise it ends up pretty chewy, if you don't do that it is delicious. I even froze some sevilles to do a batch half way through the year last year when we ran out of marmalade as this goes very quickly in our house. I also put the skins in my processor and pulsed into small chunks as get a bit fed up of fine shredding, worked just as well and equally delicious."

    Roast duck legs with red wine sauce

    "I h ave cooked this twice now and both times it has been delicious. I added a little extra redcurrant to sweeten the sauce and served it 'nestling' on mashed sweet potatoes and green beans by the side. My guests seemed impressed! I cook the duck legs for one hour total so add the sauce a little earlier. Will be using this again especially for dinner party as so easy with so little preparation. "

    "I made this with half tinned and half fresh cherry tomatoes, the kids moaned as wanted pizza but loved it and all clean plates. I served it with tagiatelle and broccoli. Will definitely cook this again."
