"My husband and I had this as a starter for a special valentine meal. I added the lemon zest only and used low fat creme fraiche instead of mascarpone and I've got to say it was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend it. Will be making this again very soon! My mouths watering thinking about it LOL!"
