"These were really good. i was worried that when it came to the frying and turning over part they would crumble like some other recipes, but they stayed together brilliantly. husband, not a fish lover, even liked them. we will have them again, not least but i can just throw the ingredients into the food processor and it does all the work!!!"

"went with chicken stock rather than veg, and chucked in some peas and bacon to 'beef' it up, but i liked it, it was quick and easy and stuff you have laying about, will make again"

"i find the thought of frozen veg when camping amusing!!! will try this on next camping trip but might have to go for tinned or fresh veg as our tent hasnt' got a freezer!"

"really nice, wondered how something with so few ingredients could be rated so high but it's really a good way of using up mince! used bacon instead of pancetta and a nice cheddar as not a parmesan fan. will make again."

"8 minutes was too long but i wasn't keeping an eye on it as i should have been, would do slightly shorter time next time. nice and tasty though and very quick, good use of gone brown bananas!"
