"Have made this for a couple of dinner parties now. It always goes down well and looks beautiful on the plate. Also quick and easy to do at the last minute as the guests arrive."

"Made this for a dinner party and it really had a wow factor in the centre of the table. I think that I brought it out of the oven too soon as it was runny in the middle but everyone liked it like that!"
