"Great recipe. I cooked it for supper for the family to test and then again for a Halloween dinner party. When I made for the dinner party I added extra roast pumpkin and some creamed coconut - lovely. (I cut my squash into large cubes and roast with the skin on - its then really easy to take off the skin once cooled)."

"Can't believe how easy this recipe is - it's so easy I'm embarassed to share the recipe with friends. Very light and refreshing after a meal and a perfect summer dessert. Have made this twice now and it never fails to impress! (I found it easier to line my tin with cling film)"

"Great recipe and a huge request. Easy to make and no problems with making without an ice cream maker. I added the irish cream at the wrong stage so maybe that is why I could not taste it. Making it again this Easter weekend by popular request and may try a bit more irish cream this time! Yum!!"

"Cooked this for a dinner party. Wonderful flavours and not too overpowering on the mustard. The cooking times were right for me although I marinated and cooked my lamb as smaller 3 rib joints."

"I briefly parboiled the potatoes before slicing and made the day before. Delicious! Although I think I might try it without the baking paper next time"
