"Can't believe how easy this recipe is - it's so easy I'm embarassed to share the recipe with friends. Very light and refreshing after a meal and a perfect summer dessert. Have made this twice now and it never fails to impress! (I found it easier to line my tin with cling film)"

"Great recipe and a huge request. Easy to make and no problems with making without an ice cream maker. I added the irish cream at the wrong stage so maybe that is why I could not taste it. Making it again this Easter weekend by popular request and may try a bit more irish cream this time! Yum!!"

"Cooked this for a dinner party. Wonderful flavours and not too overpowering on the mustard. The cooking times were right for me although I marinated and cooked my lamb as smaller 3 rib joints."

"I briefly parboiled the potatoes before slicing and made the day before. Delicious! Although I think I might try it without the baking paper next time"

"I have made this once to the recipe and then recently made a double quantity using pork shoulder and smoked bacon pieces instead of pancetta. Both times it was great, but the second time it was better, not sure if this is down to the slight recipe change or leaving to stand overnight in the fridge. Both times a real crowd pleaser and enjoyed by all ages."
