    "I used boneless chicken thighs to make this recepie - I did follow the advice left by others and add more seasoning. I wil make this again as it gave the chicken a great crunchy texture and was very easy but i will need to experiment further with the seasoning"

    Honey mustard chicken pot with parsnips

    "This was excellent, I did this yesterday instead of a traditional Sunday Roast because I had run out of time to cook one. Really easy with good flavour. I added carrots as suggested above and served it with saute potatoes and broccoli. Certainly will be making this again :)"

    "Very easy to make the filling but was a little nervous that it might be too sweet. Went down a real treat served cold at the staff picnic. As recommended above I made triangles rather than half-moon shapes and used double the quantity of pastry. I will certainly be making these again!"

    "Traditionally this dish includes more than chicken: beef, lamb hock of ham. Any veregatbes as well. When made by my west african realtives they's used carrots, aubergine, pumpkin, cabbage. This has always been a strong family favoorite for us!"

    "I'm not really a big fish fan but were having midweek dinner guests so I wanted something easy and different. This was brilliant. I used haddock, smoked mackeril and prawns and the flavour was wonderful. As people had sugested about I left out the eggs. Will not hesitate to make this again!"
